As an Engineer – Interior / Exterior Parts Design, you will be a key contributor to our Global team in Chennai, reporting to the CAD Manager LL6. This role is critical to the product development cycle, specifically supporting Post FDJ Gateways. You will be responsible for Designing, Verifying and Validating CAD Designs for PMT1 & PMT2 components using a suite of specialized tools including WERS, CATIA, Vismockup, E2KS, PADB, FordDoc.
You will be responsible for Change Notice based design, Verification and Validation: from analysing FEDE/E2KS/C3PNG, then release parts in FORD database. Additionally, you will oversee the compatibility of drawings, ensuring all deliverables meet Ford’s global standards and timelines.
