- Responsible for selection and integration of Electrical and electronics system components from various suppliers, recent and existing
- Working within the electrical and wider teams to package the components in accordance with good working practice and reducing risks from interference
- Represent the team in technical meetings and discussions, reporting information, concerns, and milestones from the team to the project and vice versa.
Core Responsibilities:
- Implement the electrical system architecture for Station and work with ECU, Harness, and Component Engineers for System integration.
- Develop and implement the network communication architecture and design for the entire Station and work with Network Communication Integration Engineers.
- Support the specification of integration test benches and other test platforms.s
- Design verification of electrical connections, Ethernet, CAN, RS485 communication
- Support Control Engineers to debug issues and develop solutions to controls problems
- Work with Systems and ECU Engineers on integration tasks
- Support Station and cassette/battery builds,
integrate component level and system level.
- Work with Configuration and SW Build Engineers to support OTA software upgrades and deployment.
- Work with ECU Engineers to prepare, plan, configure,e and perform system verification and validation testing onsite aninon test facilities.
- Review log data and support issue resolution
- Independently carried out Engineering tests and developments.
- Design documents support like DFMEA, DFA, integration docs for the Product life cycles.
- Proactively analyze build issues and customer issues and close with Proper Problem-solving methods.
- Charger and Discharge Battery data analysis and report publishing.
- Preparing the Test setup and Test plan DV and independently handling the execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics.
- Min 1- Max 2 years of experience in Electrical and Electronics System Integration, EV or Charging Station, and HV system.
