Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the entire lifecycle of R2R projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress against milestones.

- Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular status updates, meetings, and reporting.

- Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or disruptions.

- Lead and implement service delivery transformation initiatives

- Manage end-to-end accountability for engagement financials

- Lead and drive strategic discussions with leadership

- Strong experience in managing shared services across P2P, O2C, and R2R processes

- Strong understanding and exposure in global ERP platforms

Job Requirements :

- 15-22 years of experience in R2R services as an Engagement Controller or similar role.

- Solid understanding for managing complex projects.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
