Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Support Engineer to provide technical support and manage enterprise endpoint environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop/laptop support, endpoint troubleshooting, software and hardware management, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:-

Provide L1/L2 endpoint and desktop support to users.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS and connectivity issues.

Manage and support Windows desktops, laptops and endpoint devices.

Handle software installation, configuration, patching and upgrades.

Support endpoint security, access and compliance requirements.

Manage user issues related to applications, devices and access.

Monitor endpoint health and resolve recurring technical issues.

Manage and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.





Maintain technical documentation and asset/support records.

Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams for complex issues.

Required Skills:-

3–5 years of experience in Endpoint / Desktop Support.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS and endpoint troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with hardware and software support.

Understanding of endpoint security and access management.

Experience with software deployment, patching and upgrades.

Valuable knowledge of IT service management and ticketing systems.

Basic understanding of networking and connectivity troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively within defined SLA requirements.
