We are seeking a motivated, energetic and results-driven Telesales Executive with a strong flair for sales.

The candidate should enjoy speaking with customers, explaining financial products, convincing prospective customers and working towards achieving sales targets.

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable Loan & Credit Card products
- Follow up with interested prospects and work towards successful conversions
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Build positive customer relationships through qualified communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based sales
- Self-motivated, energetic and result-oriented
- Previous experience in Telesales, Loans, Credit Cards, Banking, NBFC or Financial Products will be an added advantage but is not mandatory

✓ Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM ✓ Sunday Weekly Off. Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending upon relevant work experience. ?????????? ???? ?? ????? ?? ?????????? ???????? ?? ??????? ?? ?????? ????? for convenient daily travel. Skills: loan,outbound sales,telesales,credit cards
