About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Firmware Engineer to lead complex embedded systems development within our high-growth engineering division.

You will hold full ownership of the firmware lifecycle, bridging the gap between hardware constraints and high-performance software applications.

This role is designed for an expert who thrives on architectural vision, driving technical innovation, and mentoring cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect robust, scalable firmware solutions for next-generation embedded hardware platforms.
- Design low-level drivers and middleware to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
- Optimize system performance, power consumption, and memory footprint in resource-constrained environments.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to define board-level specifications and debug complex system issues.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best-practice implementation.
- Lead the full development lifecycle from initial prototyping through to production deployment.

Required Qualifications

- Required: Expert-level proficiency in C and C++ for embedded systems development.
- Required: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in firmware design and hardware integration.




- Experience with RTOS architecture and bare-metal programming on ARM Cortex-M or similar microcontrollers.
- Knowledge of communication protocols including I2C, SPI, UART, and USB.
- Proficiency in using hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG debuggers.

Preferred Skills Python Valued for automating test scripts and building internal development tools.

Embedded Linux Highly preferred for projects involving complex connectivity and high-level OS integration.

System Design Essential for driving architectural decisions across multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
