Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and site activities at our construction project in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in construction projects and the ability to supervise electrical teams and ensure work is completed safely and as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day electrical work at the construction site.
- Coordinate with electrical contractors, technicians, engineers, and other site teams.
- Ensure electrical installation work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment required for electrical works.
- Inspect electrical installations and ensure proper quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with the Project/Site Engineer for work planning and execution.
- Identify and resolve electrical issues at the site.




- Ensure compliance with electrical safety rules and construction site safety procedures.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site-related documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of electrical works as per project schedule.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of electrical installation and construction activities.
- Valuable knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, cables, earthing, and related works.
- Ability to manage and supervise electrical manpower.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of site safety and quality standards.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.

Eligibility:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Candidates with experience in high-rise/residential/commercial construction projects will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners / candidates available at short notice will be preferred.
