Key Responsibilities

Machine Troubleshooting

- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in machines.

- Diagnose faults in electrical panels, wiring, motors, sensors, and control systems.

- Identify the root cause of machine breakdowns and implement suitable solutions.

- Ensure timely resolution of machine-related issues.

Installation &

- Maintenance

- Perform machine servicing and preventive maintenance.

- Handle machine installation and commissioning activities.

- Ensure machines operate efficiently and safely.

- Carry out necessary repairs and replacements.

Electrical &

- PLC Support

- Troubleshoot electrical circuits, control panels, motors, sensors, and wiring.

- Handle basic PLC troubleshooting and programming-related issues.





- Read and understand electrical drawings.

- Identify and rectify electrical faults effectively.

Field Service

- Visit customer sites and field locations for installation, servicing, and breakdown support.

- Coordinate with customers and provide on-site technical assistance.

- Explain technical issues and solutions to customers clearly.

- Travel to customer locations as required.

Documentation &

- Reporting

- Prepare basic service reports after completing service activities.

- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.

- Record machine faults, repairs, and solutions provided.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of electrical systems and electrical panels.

- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial machines.

- Basic PLC knowledge.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites.

- Freshers with strong electrical knowledge are welcome.
