- Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

- Oversee and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities at construction sites.

- Ensure electrical systems are installed according to engineering blueprints, safety regulations, project timelines, and quality standards.

- Supervise in office electricians, technicians, apprentices, and subcontractors.

- Monitor project progress and ensure electrical work is completed within scheduled timelines.

- Identify and resolve electrical faults, wiring issues, and system malfunctions.

- Ensure all completed electrical installations meet required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision

- Assign daily tasks to electricians, technicians, and apprentices.

- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

- Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Project Scheduling





- Plan daily electrical work schedules based on construction milestones.

- Coordinate manpower and resources to maintain project timelines.

- Monitor progress and address delays or site-related issues.

Blueprint & Technical Work

- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

- Ensure electrical installations are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate electrical activities with other construction work.

Safety Compliance

- Enforce strict electrical safety protocols at the worksite.

- Ensure proper use of PPE by all electrical workers.

- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes and site safety regulations.

Quality Control

- Inspect completed electrical installations for proper functionality and workmanship.

- Identify quality issues and ensure corrective actions are completed.

- Verify that electrical systems meet project specifications.
