Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of transformers, HT panels, HT lines, DG sets, online UPS systems, earthing systems, and all internal electrical installations.
- Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Supervise electrical technicians and outsourced maintenance personnel.
- Develop and implement best practices, SOPs, and maintenance procedures for electrical systems.
- Liaise with BESCOM, BBMP, statutory authorities, co-located institutions, and service providers on electrical matters.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), vendors, and related documentation.
- Prepare maintenance records, technical reports, estimates, and statutory documentation.
- Plan for future electrical infrastructure requirements and ensure compliance with applicable safety and statutory standards.
- Possess positive working knowledge of MS Office and other relevant computer applications.
- Take overall responsibility for the operation, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of all electrical systems and related activities.
