Role Description The Electrical Design Engineer will work on-site in Raipur in a full-time capacity, designing and developing electrical control panels and related systems for industrial applications.

Responsibilities include preparing electrical schematics and layout drawings, selecting appropriate components, and ensuring designs meet safety standards and client specifications. The role involves collaborating with production, quality, and project teams to support manufacturing, testing, and commissioning activities.



The engineer will analyze power distribution requirements, troubleshoot design issues, and optimize solutions for performance, cost, and reliability.

Regular interaction with clients and internal stakeholders is expected to clarify technical requirements and support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and practical understanding of electricity principles.
- Proficiency in Electrical Design and Design Engineering for industrial systems and control panels.
- Knowledge of power distribution systems, protection devices, and relevant standards.
- Ability to read and create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using CAD or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in industrial environments such as rolling mills, power plants, or process industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder coordination.
