8-10+ years of experience in Post-Silicon Validation, Electrical Characterization, or HSIO Validation.

Lead HSIO post-silicon electrical characterization and validation for PCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet, and SERDES interfaces.

Define validation strategies, test plans, schedules, milestones, and sign-off criteria for silicon and platform validation programs.

Perform PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature) characterization and analyze silicon performance, margins, and reliability.

Execute electrical measurements including eye diagrams, jitter, BER, timing, voltage margining, and compliance testing.

Operate and troubleshoot advanced lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, BERTs, VNAs, Protocol Analyzers, and Power Supplies.

Drive root cause analysis of electrical, signal integrity, and system-level issues in collaboration with Design, SI/PI, and Product Engineering teams.

Review characterization results, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations to improve product performance and quality.

Lead, mentor, and coach validation engineers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the team.

Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and successful project execution.

Champion test automation, lab efficiency improvements,



validation best practices, and continuous process optimization.

Must Have:

Strong expertise in PCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet, and SERDES technologies.

Hands-on experience with high-end lab equipment including Oscilloscopes, BERTs, VNAs, Signal Generators, and Protocol Analyzers.

Solid understanding of Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), Jitter Analysis, BER Testing, and Compliance Validation.

Experience in silicon bring-up, PVT characterization, and electrical validation of high-speed interfaces.

Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or scripting-based test automation frameworks.

Proven leadership experience in managing, mentoring, and developing engineering teams.

Solid problem-solving, debugging, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with server, client, data center, or semiconductor products is highly desirable.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
