Role Description This Education Counselor internship is a hybrid role based in Patna, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist students and families by providing information on courses, colleges, and career options, and by supporting them through the admission process. Daily activities include conducting counseling sessions (in-person and online), answering queries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions and recommendations.





The role also involves helping with career assessments, preparing basic guidance materials, coordinating appointments, and collaborating with senior counselors to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

Qualifications

- Ability to provide Educational Consulting and guidance on academic pathways and programs.
- Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with a focus on individualized support.
- Strong Communication skills for clear, empathetic interaction with students and families.
- Interest or background in Education and student development.
- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and basic proficiency with online communication tools.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Patna; prior experience in counseling or mentoring is an advantage.
