We are looking for a motivated Education Career Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable MBA/PGDM programs and colleges based on their academic profile and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding MBA/PGDM programs and career opportunities.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Recommend suitable colleges and programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and manage leads.
- Support students throughout the admission process.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MBA/PGDM and higher education.
- Prior counselling/admission experience preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
