Role & responsibilities

- Min 3-10 years of experience in manufacturing industry.

- Study blueprints, sketches, CAD files, or specifications to plan sequences of operations for programming and setup of EDM equipment.

- Required for machining including Conventional EDM sparking, Hole Poppers, drills, mills, and grinders.

- Execute all operator level Preventive Maintenance tasks required for the safe and effective operation of the equipment.

- Ability to setup, operate, and monitor various Wire and Conventional EDM equipment.

- Ability to generate simple CAD drawings using AutoCad or similar CAD software

- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, blueprints, design specifications, correspondence, work orders and production schedules

- Knowledge and positive understanding of metals to be used from a range of metals and alloys based on properties such as harness and heat tolerance

Preferred candidate profile

- Good Knowledge on production.

- Strong Leadership & Interpersonal skills.
