Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and responsible Social Media Executive & Video Editor to join our team in Dwarka, New Delhi.

The person will be responsible for creating, editing, publishing, and managing social media content for Liftoff Media and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts.
- Plan and schedule social media content.
- Write captions, hooks, titles and basic content copy.
- Research trending topics, formats, sounds and hashtags.
- Monitor engagement, reach and overall content performance.
- Develop ideas for reels, posts, stories and carousels.
- Maintain a consistent and premium brand image across platforms.

Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form videos.
- Create engaging cuts, transitions, captions, subtitles and graphics.
- Add music, sound effects and appropriate visual elements.
- Edit podcast and interview content into short-form clips.
- Create skilled promotional and corporate videos.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different social media platforms.

Content & Creative

- Work with the creative team to develop new content ideas.




- Understand client brands and maintain their individual tone and identity.
- Convert raw footage and ideas into engaging, high-quality content.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and editing styles.

Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar software.
- Good understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Creative eye for storytelling, visuals and branding.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate
- Freshers with strong skills and a good portfolio are welcome.
- Previous experience in social media management or video editing is an advantage.
- Candidate should be based in or around Dwarka, New Delhi.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Liftoff Media studio in Dwarka.
