E-commerce Operations Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive who can take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our online sales channels. The role will involve managing orders, product catalogs, inventory, pricing, platform onboarding, and coordination with different e-commerce marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of e-commerce platforms and understand how products move from catalog creation and listing to order processing, dispatch, delivery, and reconciliation.

You will work closely with the sales, marketing, warehouse, finance, and customer support teams to ensure that our online operations run smoothly and accurately.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Platform Management

- Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces and the company website.
- Handle seller accounts, platform dashboards, and operational requirements.
- Monitor product availability, pricing, inventory, orders, and overall account health.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams for operational issues, escalations, and account-related requirements.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

- Monitor incoming orders across different platforms and ensure timely processing.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams for order fulfilment.
- Track pending, shipped, delivered, cancelled, returned, and failed orders.
- Ensure orders are processed within platform timelines and there are no unnecessary delays.
- Monitor returns, replacements, refunds,



and customer-related order issues.

Catalog Management

- Create and maintain accurate product listings across marketplaces.
- Upload and update product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, SKUs, GST details, weights, dimensions, and other product information.
- Ensure catalog information is accurate and consistent across platforms.
- Identify and resolve catalog errors, listing issues, suppressed products, and content-related problems.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for product images and listing requirements.

Platform Onboarding

- Assist in onboarding Jivika Pure on new e-commerce marketplaces and online platforms.
- Understand platform-specific requirements for seller registration, catalog creation, documentation, pricing, and fulfilment.
- Coordinate internally to collect and submit required documents and product information.
- Ensure new products and SKUs are successfully listed and made available for sale after onboarding.

Inventory & Pricing

- Regularly update and monitor inventory across online platforms.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate online stock levels.
- Monitor pricing, MRP, selling price, discounts, and promotional offers across platforms.
- Identify inventory mismatches and ensure timely corrections.

Reports & Reconciliation

- Prepare regular reports on orders, sales, inventory, returns, cancellations, and platform performance.
- Track basic e-commerce KPIs and highlight operational issues.
- Support order and payment reconciliation with the finance team.




- Maintain accurate records of marketplace transactions and operational activities.

Marketplace Operations & Compliance

- Monitor marketplace notifications, policies, and operational requirements.
- Ensure products and seller accounts remain compliant with platform guidelines.
- Identify listing or account issues and coordinate with marketplace support teams for resolution.
- Track platform penalties, cancellations, return rates, and other operational metrics.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and seller platforms.
- Good understanding of order processing, fulfilment, returns, inventory, cataloging, and product listing.
- Experience in onboarding products or sellers on new e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling SKUs, pricing, inventory, and product information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to follow up with marketplace support, warehouse, finance, and internal teams to close operational issues.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in a rapid-paced environment and take ownership of day-to-day operations.

Preferred ExperienceExperience working with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Cred, Shopify, or other e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- The key objective of this role is to ensure that Jivika Pure’s products are correctly listed, available for sale, orders are processed on time, inventory and pricing remain accurate, and day-to-day marketplace operations run smoothly.
