THE ROLE:- Manage daily marketplace operations: listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, order flow etc.- Track sales, returns and account health; prepare daily/weekly reports- Coordinate a small back-office team and follow up tasks to completion- Work daily with AI tools (Chatgpt/Gemini / Claude) for reports, listing content and problem-solving - Handle our website (Shopify) catalog and order operations
WE NEED:- Good written English (reading + writing)
— must- 1–3 years in e-commerce preferred; exceptional freshers with strong English considered- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets; fast learner of current softwares - Takes ownership; solves problems without daily supervision
GROWTH: Written 6-month reviews; stronger performer becomes Team Lead within 3–6 months with salary jump. Day shift, Sunday holiday.
Shortlisted candidates complete a short trial task before the final interview.
