Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize Fitspire’s online sales channels, ensuring a smooth and engaging customer journey. This full-time, in office role is based in New Delhi and involves overseeing product listings, pricing, and promotions on various e-commerce platforms, as well as monitoring inventory and order fulfillment. The role includes analyzing sales and traffic data, running campaigns to improve conversion rates, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and resolving platform-related issues.

Specialist will also handle customer queries related to online purchases, maintain high service standards, and contribute to strategies that grow revenue and brand visibility in the digital marketplace.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce skills, including platform management, product listing optimization, and familiarity with major marketplaces.
- Familiar with E-Comm, Quick Comm platforms
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with customers, coordinate with internal teams, and handle escalations professionally.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as understanding online sales funnels, upselling and cross-selling techniques, and basic knowledge of digital promotions.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, and experience in e-commerce or online retail.
