We’re looking for an E-Commerce Manager to build and manage Visalam’s online presence from the ground up.

This is not just a website-management role. You’ll get hands-on exposure to e-commerce, digital marketing, sales, operations, customer management and business development.

What you’ll work on

- Manage and support our e-commerce website & backend
- Coordinate with digital marketing & e-commerce partners
- Handle online sales, orders, enquiries & customer queries
- Coordinate packing, dispatch & courier partners
- Handle bulk-order enquiries, quotations & follow-ups
- Coordinate with accounts and ground/factory teams
- Research, create & coordinate content for digital platforms
- Help build Visalam’s complete digital presence

We’re looking for someone who:
