About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across various e-commerce marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace operations, product listings, inventory coordination, order management, performance tracking, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage seller accounts and day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, titles, keywords, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/operations team for timely stock replenishment.
- Manage orders, returns, cancellations, replacements, and customer-related queries.
- Track sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other key marketplace metrics.
- Ensure accurate product cataloguing and compliance with marketplace guidelines and policies.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Support teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product listings, promotions, and market trends.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions and offers as required.
- Monitor product visibility, ratings, reviews,



and overall marketplace performance.
- Identify issues related to listings, inventory, orders, payments, or account health and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce performance reports.
- Analyse marketplace data and provide insights to improve sales, visibility, and overall performance.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, sales, returns, and other marketplace activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of product listing, catalogue management, inventory, and order processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a result-oriented approach.
