We are looking for a result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace management, website operations, product listings, order processing, promotions, and overall online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain E-commerce website and online marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, pricing & inventory.
- Manage orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue, orders, conversion rate & product performance.
- Plan and execute online offers, discounts and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support and accounts teams.
- Monitor marketplace performance and resolve operational issues.
- Analyze competitors, pricing, products and market trends.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for Meta, Google and other digital campaigns.
- Ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to increase online sales and profitability.

Required Skills ✔ 2–5 Years of E-Commerce Experience

✔ Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify / WooCommerce or similar platforms

✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

✔ Understanding of online sales, marketplace operations & digital marketing

✔ Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Good communication and coordination skills

✔ Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
