Location: Junagadh, GujaratCompany: TGS IMPEXJob DescriptionTGS IMPEX is looking for a motivated and responsible E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, customer support, and day-to-day management of e-commerce platforms such as Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.Key Responsibilities- Manage product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing and catalogues.
- Handle daily orders, cancellations, returns and exchanges.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse/packing team.
- Maintain accurate product and order data.
- Manage marketplace dashboards and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor sales, product performance and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely dispatch.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Assist in creating promotional offers and improving product visibility.
- Track competitors, pricing and marketplace trends.
- Prepare basic sales and performance reports.
- Ensure products comply with marketplace policies and guidelines.Requirements- Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces such as Meesho, Amazon and Flipkart.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- E-commerce experience will be an advantage.
