Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic E-Commerce Executive with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing online sales channels. You will play a key role in handling end-to-end e-commerce operations, maintaining product catalogs, and boosting sales growth across marketplaces and our direct-to-consumer (D2C) website.

Responsibilities:

Catalog & Listings Management: Create, update, and maintain high-quality product listings with accurate pricing, specifications, and optimized keywords.

Order & Inventory Tracking: Oversee order fulfillment pipelines, monitor real-time stock levels, and coordinate with warehousing and courier partners.

Marketplace Operations: Regularly audit vendor accounts, handle daily operational metrics, resolve account health issues, and submit claims/tickets.

Sales & Performance Analytics: Analyze daily/weekly sales reports, track top-selling SKUs,



and suggest strategies to explicit slow-moving inventory.

Promotional Execution: Execute discount strategies, festive sales campaigns, and daily platform deals to maximize conversions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream, Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience working directly with e-commerce marketplaces or D2C brand operations.

Technical Tools: Hands-on experience with MS Office (Advanced Excel), seller panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.), and inventory management systems.

Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve listing errors, compliance issues, and account health notifications quickly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
