--------------------------------------- Core Requirement (Very Important): We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on Dynatrace administration experience, including:

- OneAgent deployment, configuration & lifecycle management
- ActiveGate setup, clustering & routing
- Management Zones, tagging strategy & monitoring architecture
- Service & process detection rules, request attributes
- Alerting, problem detection & RCA using PurePath / Smartscape




- Synthetic Monitoring & RUM implementation
- Dashboarding, DQL / metrics / custom configuration
- ITSM integration (ServiceNow / Jira) --------------------------------------- Mandatory

Experience:
- End-to-end Dynatrace implementation / migration / upgrade
- At least one PoC or solution design ownership
- Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS / Azure / GCP / Kubernetes)
- Application performance monitoring across Java / .NET / PHP
- Handling critical incidents, SLA-driven environments & stakeholder interaction
- Experience in team handling / shift planning / governance --------------------------------------- Note :
