- Develop technical solutions based on business and functional requirements.
- Support global template development, enhancements, and deployments. Integrations & Data Migration
- Develop and manage integrations using: o Data Entities o OData Services o REST APIs
- Perform data migration activities using Data Management Framework (DMF).
- Collaborate with external systems and third-party applications. Global Rollouts & Implementation Support
- Participate in end-to-end D365 F&O; global rollout projects.
- Support deployment activities across multiple regions and legal entities.
- Assist in SIT, UAT, performance testing, and go-live activities.
Application Support
- Provide post-production support (L2/L3).
- Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to incident management processes and SLA commitments. DevOps & Setting Management
- Manage code repositories and deployments using Azure DevOps.
- Support CI/CD processes and release management.
- Work with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and UDE topology. Documentation & Collaboration
- Prepare technical design documents and deployment guides.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, stakeholders, and business users.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
