LaRiSa Hotels & Resorts is looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our team in Goa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Manage guest relations and ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping and other operational departments.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints and service recovery effectively.
- Monitor operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support the management team in maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
- Take charge of the property in the absence of senior management.

Candidate Profile:

- Hospitality/Hotel background is mandatory.
- Prior experience as a Duty Manager, Front Office Manager or similar operational role preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Guest-focused and capable of handling operations in a rapid-paced hotel environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
