Job Summary:-

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, construction documentation, and BIM models based on design concepts and technical specifications. The role requires robust expertise in CAD software, coordination with architects and engineering teams, and a thorough understanding of building standards and construction practices.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, construction drawings, and shop drawings based on design requirements.
- Convert conceptual sketches and architectural designs into precise technical drawings.
- Develop and modify plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and detailed construction documents.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, company standards, and project specifications.
- Create and update drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting tools.
- Support BIM modeling activities and develop 3D models, renderings, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams.




- Review and revise drawings based on project requirements and site feedback.
- Visit project sites to verify dimensions, collect measurements, and resolve drawing discrepancies.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in preparing presentation drawings and technical reports.
- Stay updated on industry standards, construction methodologies, and design technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably in real estate or residential/commercial projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Revit, BIM modeling, and 3D visualization tools is preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building regulations.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
