About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Draftsperson to join our architecture, interior design and construction team in Patna.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of technical drawings, architectural/interior detailing and construction documentation, along with proficiency in one or more drafting/BIM software.

Freshers are welcome to apply. We value learning ability, attention to detail and willingness to develop skills as much as existing experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate 2D architectural, interior and construction drawings.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, details and working drawings.
- Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, electrical layouts and other interior drawings.
- Prepare detailed drawings based on architectural and interior design concepts.
- Assist in preparing construction/working drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate drawings with site requirements and actual construction conditions.
- Make revisions and incorporate design/client/site changes accurately.
- Assist architects and interior designers in developing projects from concept to execution.
- Understand drawings from consultants and coordinate architectural/interior requirements.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, dimensions, annotations and file organization.
- Coordinate with the site team when required to ensure drawings are practical and executable.
- Develop 3D models and presentation views where required.
- Continuously learn new software, workflows and construction techniques.





Required SkillsCAD / BIM – Essential Candidates should be proficient in at least one of the following:

- AutoCAD
- Revit
- ArchiCAD

Knowledge of multiple platforms will be an advantage. 3D Modelling – Advantage

Knowledge of any of the following will be an added advantage:

- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- Revit 3D
- ArchiCAD 3D

Rendering / Visualization – Advantage Experience with any of the following will be preferred:
- V-Ray
- Enscape
- Lumion
- Twinmotion
- D5 Render
- Other architectural visualization/rendering software

Candidates with strong 3D modelling and rendering skills may be considered for a higher salary package.

- Is comfortable working in person from our Patna office.

Candidates with Diploma / B.Arch / Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Architectural Assistantship backgrounds may apply.

We are open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Salary and role will depend on software proficiency, experience, technical understanding and quality of work.

Preferred Skill Levels

Level 1 – Drafting:

AutoCAD / Revit / ArchiCAD + basic architectural understanding

Level 2 – Advanced Drafting:

Good working drawings + construction detailing + interior drawings + site coordination

Level 3 – 3D:

SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit / ArchiCAD 3D

Level 4 – Visualization:

V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion / Twinmotion / D5 Render

Multi-skilled candidates with strong CAD/BIM + 3D + rendering capabilities will receive preference and may be offered a higher package.
