About the Role A reputed Noida and Gurgaon-based BPO is urgently hiring Customer Care Executives for its Domestic Customer Care and Voice Process team. Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound domestic customer calls
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally and within TAT
- Share accurate information on products and services
- Ensure high customer satisfaction on every call




- Accurately document call details and update CRM/records
- Adhere to process guidelines and quality/compliance standards
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team as needed

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills — spoken and written — mandatory
- Good English communication skills preferred
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (voice process)
- Robust listening skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to stay calm and resolve issues under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Only candidates based in Delhi NCR will be considered
