Key Responsibilities:

- Responsibility includes supervise hire and train employees manage quality assurance programs and strategize process improvements

- Oversee all aspects of Recruitment cycle including evaluating resumes and interviewing candidates across various stages of hiring funnel

- Strong experience into Recruiting senior level high demand niche profiles basis business needs

- Monitor ongoing hiring processes and ensure timely updates to help improve internal communication and candidate experience

- Manage the talent pool for a current position by maintaining ATS and organize categorize and filter candidates





- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment selection training compensation and benefits and personnel information systems

- Identify process improvement opportunities and support lead transformation automations projects

- Extensive knowledge of Operations methodologies in Recruitment field ability to monitor industry trends

- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning resource allocation leadership technique and coordination of people and resources

- Escalation Management
- Candidate management to ensure a positive experience
