- Ensure the analysis of distillery plant quality parameters as per quality plan in applicable shifts and sharing the results and highlighting the deviations to corresponding dept.
- Responsible for coal analysis report record updating, result sharing and maintaining
- Proper maintaining of lab analysis records
- Ensure of lab chemicals & material stock, chemical purchase and collecting Ensure of all lab equipment arrangement ,working condition and maintaining.
- Contionuse analysis of Gas chromotography
- Implementation of SHE activity in Laboratory area by eliminating all unsafe act /unsafe conditions
- Development of lab team for distillery plant.
- Training and developing of chemist with their related field.
- Coordinating with the fermentation operators preparing the lab culture
