Key Responsibilities

- Dispatch Planning & Execution

- Prepare daily dispatch schedules based on confirmed customer orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for picking, staging, and loading of goods.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are followed.
- Verify product details (SKU, batch, quantity, packaging) before dispatch.
- Monitor vehicle reporting, loading, and departure times to meet cut-off timelines.

2. Documentation & ERP
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills.
- Ensure accuracy in customer details, SKU, batch, and pricing.
- Maintain dispatch registers and ERP entries for all transactions.
- Reconcile physical dispatch quantities with system records.

3. Warehouse Coordination
- Work with FG (Finished Goods) store for material availability.
- Ensure dispatch staging areas are organized and free from damaged/expired goods.
- Monitor loading sequence to avoid product damage.

4. Transporter Management
- Coordinate with approved transporters for vehicle placement.
- Verify vehicle cleanliness and suitability (especially for food products).




- Track vehicle departure and delivery status; escalate delays or breakdowns.

5. Inventory Control
- Maintain batch-wise dispatch records.
- Support daily stock reconciliation and cycle counting.
- Investigate and report dispatch-related stock variances.

6. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure dispatch operations comply with company SOPs and food-safety standards.
- Protect products from contamination, moisture, and damage during loading.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and security procedures.

Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and dispatch documentation.
- Ability to coordinate across production, warehouse, sales, and transport teams.
- Problem-solving skills for handling delays, discrepancies, and transport issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
