Role Description The Dispatch Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the dispatch of ready-mix concrete and related materials to customer sites, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

The Dispatch

Coordinator will manage order details, monitor truck movements, and update delivery statuses in real time, while collaborating closely with plant operations, drivers, and customers. Daily tasks include maintaining dispatch records,



handling customer queries and delivery changes, prioritizing urgent orders, and resolving any logistics-related issues. The role also involves optimizing routes, supporting adherence to safety and compliance requirements, and contributing to efficient fleet utilization.
