- Manage and supervise daily dispatch operations.

- Coordinate the timely dispatch of finished goods and materials.

- Ensure proper packing, labeling, documentation, and dispatch procedures.

- Verify quantities and materials before dispatch.

- Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, logistics, and other departments.

- Arrange transportation and coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.

- Maintain dispatch records, invoices, delivery challans, and other required documents.

- Monitor pending dispatches and ensure deliveries are completed on schedule.





- Handle dispatch-related issues and coordinate with concerned teams for resolution.

- Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials.

- Maintain accurate stock and dispatch documentation.

- Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise dispatch activities and ensure smooth daily operations.

- Verify materials against dispatch documents before shipment.

- Track outgoing materials and maintain proper records.

- Coordinate with transporters and logistics teams.

- Ensure on-time delivery of materials to customers.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispatch area.

- Report discrepancies, damages, or delays to the concerned supervisor.

- Support the team in achieving daily dispatch targets.
