Dispatch Executive Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 9:15 AM – 7:30 PM Overtime: Paid as applicable About the RoleWe are a fast-growing distribution business currently in a scaling phase , and we are looking for an Dispatch Executive who can take end-to-end ownership of Procurement, Inventory and Dispatch operations .
Key Responsibilities Plan and manage daily dispatch operations. Ensure orders are picked, checked, billed and dispatched accurately and on time. Coordinate with warehouse staff, delivery personnel and other relevant teams to ensure smooth order movement.
Maintain accurate stock and dispatch records and ensure system stock is aligned with physical stock. Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or discrepancies to the concerned team. Prepare daily/weekly dispatch and inventory reports.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and assist in resolving discrepancies. Coordinate with the billing/accounts team to ensure invoices and billing are completed correctly before dispatch. Use inventory, billing and dispatch software accurately and coordinate with the IT/software team when system issues affect operations.
Support procurement and inventory planning by providing information on stock levels and upcoming requirements. Take ownership of timely and accurate order dispatch. Identify operational issues and suggest improvements to dispatch and warehouse processes.
Requirements Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Basic understanding of inventory, billing and invoicing. Comfortable working with inventory/billing software. Valuable organisational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate warehouse/delivery staff. Prior experience in dispatch, warehouse, FMCG, distribution, wholesale or retail operations is preferred.
Willingness to take ownership and learn additional responsibilities as the business grows. Overtime will be paid. This role is best suited for someone who wants to learn the complete supply-chain and distribution operation , take ownership, and grow along with a rapidly scaling business.
