Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director – Training & Placement to lead and manage the Training and Placement function. The candidate should have a robust background in the education sector and experience in building industry relationships, student training, and placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall Training & Placement function.
- Develop and implement effective training and placement strategies for students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations and industry partners.
- Identify placement and internship opportunities for students.
- Conduct and oversee employability and skill-development training programs.
- Work closely with academic teams to understand student requirements and industry expectations.




- Lead the placement team and ensure smooth execution of placement activities.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, industry interactions, and placement-related events.
- Monitor placement performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Continuously work towards improving student placement opportunities and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Training & Placement, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong experience in corporate relations and placement activities.
- Good understanding of industry requirements and student employability.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.
- Candidates from an educational institution or academic background will be preferred.
