Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent leads through field visits, direct selling, referrals, local market visits, and other sales activities.

- Approach potential customers and understand their requirements.

- Promote and sell broadband/FTTH and telecom services to residential customers.

- Promote solar products and solutions to residential/B2C customers.

- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, plans, installation process, and available offers to customers.

- Conduct door-to-door and area-wise sales activities as per the assigned territory.

- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp to convert leads into sales.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain a proper record of leads, follow-ups, customer details, and sales.

- Coordinate with technical, installation,



and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Collect customer feedback and communicate relevant issues to the concerned team.

- Stay updated about competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.

- Submit regular sales and field activity reports to the reporting manager.
