KaRole & responsibilities :-

- Scheduled preventive maintenance of diesel generator sets.
- Provide in office breakdown support and repairs.
- Handle warranty and post-warranty service for DG sets.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot control panels, alternators, engines, and related components.
- Maintain accurate service logs and documentation.
- Educate customers on usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spares availability and issue escalation.

Qualifications & Skills :-
- Educational Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 0 to1 years in DG set servicing.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Cummins/Kirloskar/Mahindra DG sets.
- Soft Skills: Good communication and documentation skills.




- Customer-centric attitude with urgency.

- Willingness to work in field roles and travel across assigned zones.
- Should be comfortable working in industrial/commercial environments.
