Digital Marketing Specialist – Google Ads & SEO

RK Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and SEO.

The candidate will be responsible for managing Google Ads campaigns, improving website visibility, generating qualified leads, monitoring digital marketing performance, and providing actionable recommendations based on data.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create and optimize ad groups, headlines, descriptions, extensions/assets, and negative keywords.
- Monitor CTR, CPC, conversions, cost per lead, and campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns for lead quality and conversions.
- Perform on-page and basic technical SEO.
- Conduct website SEO audits and identify improvement areas.
- Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, and image ALT text.
- Perform local SEO and manage/optimize Google Business Profile.
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic search performance.
- Work with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Configure and monitor conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager.
- Work with the development team on website and landing-page optimization.
- Prepare regular Google Ads and SEO performance reports.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage Google Ads and SEO activities, analyze performance, identify problems, and take action to improve traffic, qualified leads, conversions, and overall campaign efficiency.

Experience
