The Marketing associate for multiple websites will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our company. Website management in wordpress and knowledge of various plugins is important.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

- Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts to meet their needs

Translate user insights into positioning & messaging

- Understand user behavior and pain points to craft clear, value-driven messaging for each feature or product experience.

Measure and analyze adoption performance

- Track feature usage, conversion, and retention metrics; identify improvement areas and iterate on messaging or user journeys.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to ensure consistent communication and seamless product experience





Digital Marketing:

- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Brand Management:

- Maintain and enhance the company s brand image and voice.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring productive allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenses and ROI to maximize the effectiveness of marketing spend.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
