Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to enhance our online presence, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, identifying recent business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing - 30% - Time Invested

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage company social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Monitor website traffic, online campaigns, and marketing performance metrics.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Business Development - 70 % - Time Invested
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.




- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics and marketing reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Lead generation and client acquisition skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or business development.
