About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Candidates with hands-on website development experience on WordPress will be given strong preference, as this role may occasionally involve landing page updates, basic site edits, and technical marketing implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong Ability to use Claude Code & CoWork
- Ability to use AI to create content plans and copywriting
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Create and manage content calendars across social platforms
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO optimization
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce marketing assets
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
- (Preferred) Make basic updates to website pages, landing pages, and CMS content (WordPress,



Shopify, Webflow, or similar)
- (Preferred) Troubleshoot minor front-end issues (HTML/CSS) related to marketing pages

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp/Klaviyo (or similar)
- Strong understanding of content strategy and audience targeting
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, night shift environment
- Call Center experience will be a plus

Preferred Qualifications (Big Plus)

- Basic to intermediate web development skills (WordPress/Shopify)
- Experience managing or editing landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and CRO principles
