Role Description

This full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Daily tasks include managing social media channels, coordinating content and posting calendars, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing regular reports using web analytics tools. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals, optimizing landing pages and ad creatives, and staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices. The specialist is expected to work closely with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication across all digital platforms.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.




- Hands-on expertise in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and platform analytics.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to track performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present data-driven recommendations clearly.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, social media ads) is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals and best practices in digital content optimization.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make informed decisions to improve marketing outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the local market in Riyadh and broader Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
