We’re not looking for someone who simply posts three times a week.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who can turn campaigns into qualified leads—and qualified leads into bookings.

What You’ll Own

Lead Generation: Plan, run, optimize, and scale Meta Ads and Google Ads for international holiday packages. You’ll own CPL, lead quality, and campaign performance.

Sales Funnel: Manage the complete journey from Ad → CRM → WhatsApp → Sales Team, including retargeting and follow-up funnels.

Content That Converts: Plan and execute Instagram Reels, carousels, and stories that sell, while coordinating with designers and video editors.

Performance Reporting: Share clear weekly reports covering ad spend, leads generated, conversions, CPL, ROAS, and what should be scaled or stopped.

Growth Initiatives: Work directly with the founders to launch new destinations, offers, campaigns, and growth experiments.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If





- You have 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads with proven results.
- Experience in Travel, Real Estate, Education, or High-Ticket D2C is a strong advantage.
- You understand numbers like CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC, and ROAS.
- You’ve grown an Instagram page using Reels Paid Ads, not just organic posting.
- You’re comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
- You can write strong hooks and ad copy in English Hinglish.
- You’re based in Mumbai / Thane and can work from our Thane office.

This Role Is NOT For You If

You prefer theoretical marketing over measurable outcomes, wait for someone to give you every brief, or focus on vanity metrics instead of leads, conversions, and bookings.
