Are you a Digital & Performance Marketing professional who knows how to turn campaigns into measurable growth? ?

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Manager to drive digital growth, paid media, e-commerce performance, lead generation, and brand visibility for our beauty, cosmetics & perfume brands.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across brands

• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads & marketplace campaigns

• Plan and optimize performance campaigns to maximize ROI, ROAS & conversions

• Drive SEO, SEM, website traffic & content marketing initiatives

• Manage marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart & Nykaa

- Coordinate with creative, content & design teams

• Track CAC, CPL, CPA & campaign KPIs using GA4 and reporting tools

- Develop influencer marketing & social media campaigns




- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Manage agencies, vendors & internal marketing coordination

? What We’re Looking For

✅ 5–8 years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing

✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads

✅ Excellent knowledge of performance marketing & paid campaign optimization

✅ Experience with SEO/SEM & Google Analytics (GA4)

✅ Solid understanding of conversion tracking & data analytics

✅ Marketplace marketing experience — Amazon/Flipkart/Nykaa preferred

✅ Strong D2C & e-commerce marketing knowledge

✅ Excellent communication, leadership & analytical skills

✅ Proven experience in scaling online sales and brand visibility

✅ Experience in Cosmetics, Beauty, Perfume or Luxury Brands will be an added advantage
