Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager role at Tecdune Services LLP is a full time, in office position based in Noida.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to build brand awareness and drive qualified leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media platforms, overseeing paid and organic lead generation activities, monitoring web analytics, and adjusting strategies based on performance data. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and consultants to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives, preparing campaign reports, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion. This position requires a proactive approach to testing new tools, channels, and creative strategies to enhance overall marketing impact.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with the ability to design and implement integrated online campaigns.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation strategies and tactics across search, social, and other digital channels.




- Hands-on expertise with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing management or similar role within an IT or technology-focused organization is preferred.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Demonstrated experience across SEO, paid media, email/marketing automation, and social media: you don't need to be a deep expert in every channel, but you should have hands-on experience running each.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing automation/email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Smartlead, Dripify, or similar).
- Proven experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip sequences, product announcements) and coordinating integrated, multi-channel campaigns from concept to results.
- Comfortable managing budgets and reporting on ROI to stakeholders.
- With excellent written communication skills, you'll create and review content, ad copy, and campaign messaging.
- A self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in English speaking and writing (Mandatory).
