Role Overview

Responsible for planning, executing and managing end-to-end digital marketing activities across Social Media, Content, Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM and E-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Planning

- Prepare monthly digital strategy and content calendars.
- Plan store-wise and brand-wise reels, AI content, concept/engagement reels, carousels and stories.
- Plan performance marketing and influencer budgets.
- Plan contests, events and digital activations.

Content Management

- Manage the complete content cycle: Concept → Script → Shoot → Edit → Approval → Posting.
- Ensure consistent, timely and engaging content across platforms.

Influencer Marketing

- Identify, shortlist and negotiate with influencers.
- Manage briefs, scripts, approvals, revisions and publishing.
- Track influencer campaign performance and ROI.

Performance & Analytics

- Review monthly content, paid media, influencer and store-wise performance.
- Analyse results and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

CRM & Store Coordination





- Coordinate with CRM for campaigns, reels and coupon requirements.
- Work with Area Managers, Store In-charges, Purchase, Planning, Vendors and Customer Service teams for campaign execution and store-level activities.

E-commerce

- Manage monthly e-commerce content and digital strategy.
- Conduct website audits and coordinate banner updates.
- Plan weekly e-commerce content.
- Review e-commerce performance and coordinate with Operations and Live teams.
- Manage influencer campaigns for e-commerce.
