Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Kodambakkam -Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and loan acquisition targets.
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Drive qualified leads and customer acquisition for products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Home Loans, Vehicle Loans, etc.
- Manage CPL, CAC, ROI and conversion metrics and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product and Credit teams to improve lead-to-disbursement conversion.
- Develop and execute SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing and email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns.
- Manage landing pages and optimize conversion rates and customer journeys.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and marketing dashboards.
- Analyze customer behavior,



campaign data and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop monthly digital marketing reports covering leads, conversions, CPL, CAC, ROI and revenue/disbursement contribution.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, digital agencies and other external partners.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify recent digital acquisition channels.
- Ensure all digital marketing campaigns follow applicable NBFC/BFSI regulatory, compliance and brand guidelines.
- Manage digital budgets and ensure optimum utilization of marketing spends.
- Experiment with new channels, audience segments, creatives and campaign strategies to improve acquisition performance.
