Skinaa is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in digital lead generation, sales conversion, and performance marketing. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through digital channels, managing campaigns, tracking the complete lead-to-sales journey, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and sales growth.

- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital campaigns.

- Generate qualified leads for Skinaa Clinic and skincare products and ensure effective lead conversion.

- Manage the complete digital sales funnel Lead Generation Lead Qualification Follow-up Conversion Repeat Sales.

- Monitor and improve CPL, CAC, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Revenue, and overall campaign ROI.

- Coordinate with the Sales/Telecalling team to ensure timely follow-up and maximum lead conversion.

- Track lead sources and identify which campaigns, platforms, creatives, and audiences are generating actual sales.

- Develop sales-oriented landing pages, offers, campaigns, and promotional strategies.

- Manage remarketing campaigns to convert enquiries, website visitors, abandoned leads, and existing customers.





- Analyze customer behaviour, competitors, market trends, and campaign performance to identify recent sales opportunities.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering leads, conversions, revenue, campaign spending, and ROI.

- Set and monitor monthly digital sales and lead-generation targets.

- Work closely with the Sales, E-commerce, Content, Creative, and Clinical teams to achieve business targets.

- Continuously test new audiences, creatives, offers, campaigns, and sales strategies to improve performance.

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing + Sales/Business Development.

- Proven experience in handling digital leads and converting them into sales.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Experience managing sales targets, lead funnels, conversion rates, and revenue.

- Knowledge of CRM/lead management systems and digital sales tracking.

- Strong understanding of performance marketing and customer acquisition.

- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.

- Experience in Skincare, Beauty, Healthcare, Clinic, Pharma, D2C, or E-commerce will be preferred.
